For your purchases from altinkose.com.tr, your order is sent to your delivery address insured by the contracted cargo company. You can check the status of your order on the order tracking page. You will be notified by e-mail when your order is delivered to the cargo company. The prepared orders are delivered to the cargo company on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and holidays, and the cargo company delivers outside of public holidays and holidays.

Orders delivered to the cargo company are expected to be in your hands within 48 hours, except on days when the cargo company does not deliver. If you do not receive your order at the end of this period, you can contact us using the contact form.

In order for your order to be delivered to the delivery address you specified during shopping, if you have made your payment using a credit card, the approval of the 3D Secure security system must be received.

After your payment has been confirmed, as a second step, the products will be specially prepared for you in line with your preferences specified during the order. The preparation of the products will be delivered to the cargo within the period displayed in the product detail from the first business day after the payment is confirmed. If the preparation phase exceeds this period, you will be informed by e-mail or telephone.
